*Sigh* Looks like my Hangan eye isn't very popular, and I haven't been able to figure out how to improve it as well as some other animations and art I have. Well just to clearify the second eye is called Hangan, a bloodline limit that Naruto uses in my fic 'Brother's Bond'. It's name means Seal Eye in Japanese. it's capabilites of the eye are it's name sake, it has the ability to read, decyper, as well as copy and imrpove seals. But Naruto's eye is special, but only when it reaches LV 2+ will all it's abilities come to pass. And if your wondering, the answer is yes the small cresent moons have something to do with it.
